How to List Your Business on Blackchilies Directory

Visit our Registration Page and create your account. You'll need a valid email address. During registration you can also use a referral code to earn bonus coins.

• New users receive 5 welcome coins (or 20 if referred).
• Referral program: share your unique link – new user gets 20 coins, you get 10.

Once logged in, go to your Dashboard → Add Listing. Fill in the required fields:

• Business Name – exact name of your business.
• Category – choose the most relevant category (e.g., Restaurants, Automotive, Healthcare).
• Description – tell visitors what makes your business unique (up to 1000 characters).
• Address & Country – help customers find you.
• Phone, Email, Website – your contact details (protected by click‑to‑reveal).
• Logo – upload an image (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP) – it will be automatically converted to WebP.

After submitting, your listing goes into “Under Review” status. Our admin team will check:

• Business authenticity
• Appropriate category
• No duplicate entries

Once approved, you will receive coins (calculated based on completeness). Rejected listings can be edited and resubmitted.

Approved listings appear on the frontend. As a business owner, you can:

• Edit – update any information (title, description, contact, logo).
• View Stats – see how many people viewed your listing.
• Add Products/Services – showcase what you offer with images, descriptions, and price ranges.
• Reply to Reviews – when customers leave reviews, you can respond (owner role only).

If your business is already listed (e.g., added by another user), you can claim ownership:

• Visit the listing page and click “Claim This Business”.
• Provide proof of ownership (message to admin).
• Once approved, your role becomes “Owner” – you gain full control: edit, reply to reviews, add products, and more.
• Owners have an exclusive dashboard with all management tools.

Every action on Blackchilies Directory rewards you with coins:

• Add a listing – up to 5 coins depending on completeness.
• Refer a friend – 10 coins for you, 20 coins for the new user.
• Complete micro‑tasks – admin‑created tasks (e.g., list two businesses) earn 5+ coins.
• Welcome bonus – 5 coins upon registration.

Redeem your coins for mobile recharge via the Redeem Coins page in your dashboard.
