Blackchilies Directory provides a platform for users to discover, review, and list local businesses, products, and services. Business owners may claim listings, respond to reviews, and manage their profiles.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features (e.g., add listings, write reviews, earn coins), you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or defamatory content.
  • Infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files.
  • Engage in spam, unsolicited advertising, or automated data collection.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
  • Attempt to manipulate coin rewards or task submissions unfairly.

5. Listings & Reviews

All listings are submitted by users or business owners. We do not verify the accuracy of every listing. Reviews reflect the opinion of individual users and are not statements of fact by Blackchilies Directory. We reserve the right to moderate or remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Coins & Redemption

Coins are reward points earned through activities (adding listings, referrals, task completion). Coins have no cash value and can only be redeemed for mobile recharge vouchers (or as specified). Redemption requests are reviewed by admin; we reserve the right to refuse any request that violates our policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (excluding user submissions) – including logos, design, text, graphics, and code – is the property of Blackchilies Directory and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackchilies Directory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of data, coin balance, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blackchilies Directory, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or any third‑party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases, and any coins in your account may be forfeited.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
